Last updated: <\/strong>December 13, 2025 REFUND POLICY<\/strong> 1. Aesthetic Services and Procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.1. All services provided by the Company, including aesthetic treatments, facial and body procedures, and any services performed by certified personnel, are not eligible for a refund once completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.2. Results may vary depending on the client\u2019s physiology; therefore, the Company does not guarantee specific results nor offer refunds based on unmet expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.3. The client may request a complimentary evaluation to determine adjustment options or additional treatment. Any correction is subject to the Company\u2019s professional judgment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. Deposits and Advance Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.1. Some services require a non-refundable deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.2. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment only if the rescheduling request is made within the timeframe permitted by the current Cancellation Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.3. Failure to attend an appointment (\u201cno-show\u201d) will result in the total forfeiture of the deposit and, when applicable, the automatic charge of the remaining balance in accordance with the terms of the service agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. Product Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.1. Unopened Products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.1.1. The client may request a return of unopened products within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of purchase, upon presentation of proof of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.1.2. The product must be in its original packaging and in condition suitable for resale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.2. Opened or Used Products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.2.1. For hygiene reasons and safety regulations, returns of opened, used, or tampered products are not accepted, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. Defective or Damaged Products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.1. Any claim regarding defects must be submitted in writing to the Company within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the product, including photographic or video evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.2. Once the defect has been verified, the Company will offer, at its sole discretion:<\/p>\n\n\n\n a) Product replacement 4.3. In such cases, the Company will cover the applicable shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5. Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.1. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.2. The estimated processing time is five (5) to ten (10) business days, subject to external banking processing times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error attributable to the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6. Exclusions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.1.
