Refund Policy – KH Esthetic Clinic and Institute

REFUND POLICY
KH Esthetic Clinic and Institute establishes this Refund Policy, applicable to all services, aesthetic procedures, and products sold within the United States.
1. Aesthetic Services and Procedures
1.1. All services provided by the Company, including aesthetic treatments, facial and body procedures, and any services performed by certified personnel, are not eligible for a refund once completed.
1.2. Results may vary depending on the client’s physiology; therefore, the Company does not guarantee specific results nor offer refunds based on unmet expectations.
1.3. The client may request a complimentary evaluation to determine adjustment options or additional treatment. Any correction is subject to the Company’s professional judgment.
2. Deposits and Advance Payments
2.1. Some services require a non-refundable deposit.
2.2. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment only if the rescheduling request is made within the timeframe permitted by the current Cancellation Policy.
2.3. Failure to attend an appointment (“no-show”) will result in the total forfeiture of the deposit and, when applicable, the automatic charge of the remaining balance in accordance with the terms of the service agreement.
3. Product Returns
3.1. Unopened Products
3.1.1. The client may request a return of unopened products within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of purchase, upon presentation of proof of payment.
3.1.2. The product must be in its original packaging and in condition suitable for resale.
3.2. Opened or Used Products
3.2.1. For hygiene reasons and safety regulations, returns of opened, used, or tampered products are not accepted, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
4.1. Any claim regarding defects must be submitted in writing to the Company within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the product, including photographic or video evidence.
4.2. Once the defect has been verified, the Company will offer, at its sole discretion:
a) Product replacement
b) Store credit
c) Full refund
4.3. In such cases, the Company will cover the applicable shipping costs.
5. Refunds
5.1. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
5.2. The estimated processing time is five (5) to ten (10) business days, subject to external banking processing times.
5.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error attributable to the Company.
6. Exclusions
6.1. Returns and refunds are not accepted for:
a) Gift cards
b) Prepaid services after twelve (12) months
c) Treatment packages that have already been started
d) Services or products purchased on promotion or sale, except in cases of defects
e) Educational programs of the Institute (courses, certifications) once initiated
